Willett
The Willett distillery in Bardstown was owned by the Willett family until the early 1980s.
Since then, the distillery belongs to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, also here is a member of the Willett clan.
Since time immemorial, brands such as Noah's Mill, Old Bardstown or Johnny Drum belong to Willett.
The funds that bring these brands were invested in the renovation of the distillery until the 1990s, and then, in 1997, a Beers and a Pot Still still was put into operation, quite traditionally.
Meanwhile, Willet also supplies the distillery Heaven Hill with fresh distillate.
Heaven Hill is downhill from Willet and was badly damaged in 1996 by a big fire.
