• Palate: powerful and complex - the first impression is dry and spicy, then intense sherry tones prevail: dark chocolate, dried figs, and a hint of mocha - the Aultmore character shines through in the form of soft maltiness and a light herbal undertone - the long maturation in the barrel provides depth, but not dominance - balanced and confident
