• Nose: fruity sweetness with aromas of ripe pears and red apples, with a creamy vanilla note - in the background, fine malt aromas and a hint of toffee, accompanied by subtle oak spice and a hint of dried apricots
• Palate: soft and round on the tongue - full-bodied with a creamy texture, malt sugar and light raisins meet dried plums, accompanied by a slightly nutty undertone - the sherry brings dark fruit notes and fine spice without masking the elegant distillery character
• Finish: medium to long, pleasantly warm - with lingering sweetness of milk coffee and dried fruit - finally a trace of oak, cocoa and a fine spicy note
