Tasting Notes: This is how Kilkerran 8 year old Bourbon Cask Matured tastes like

  • Nose: aromas of lemon cake and apple jelly are present, followed by honey and vanilla
  • Palate: creamy and smooth in taste with intense notes of banoffee pie with vanilla sauce and panna cotta
  • Finish: sea salt and a touch of vinegar in the long finish, accompanied by a hint of broom
