The Longrow 100 Proof is only occasionally bottled in small quantities.
The Longrow 100 Proof initially matured for 4 years in former bourbon casks, then for a further 3 years in French Pinot Noir casks.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Longrow 100 Proof tastes like

  • Nose: distinct aromas of peat smoke, with medicinal aromas of iodine and gauze bandages - followed by red Currants
  • Palate: soft in taste with earthy peat smoke, followed by crème brûlée, vanilla, and almonds
  • Finish: long and fruity in the finish with notes of cola and strawberries - over all, strong Longrow smoke
