Once a small Deli, Gordon & MacPhail is now one of the international experts in the maturation of special Scotch whiskies. The company has been family-owned for four generations and has combined its own casks with distillates from over 100 Scottish distilleries.
With the Discovery Range, the independent bottler is introducing this to its product range.

Green, gray, or purple? Independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail labels the whiskies in its Discovery Range with a different color depending on their flavor profile. The advantage for anyone who delves into the traditional house's range: They can recognize their favorite whiskies at a glance.
The range's value for money is also beginner-friendly. In keeping with the "Smoky With Peat" character, the light-colored tubes contain peated whiskies. The Ledaig 12 year old was produced in the intensely smoky branch of the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull.

It follows lush vanilla with a complex blend of smoked, baked apple, and delicate citrus notes. Then, cooked fruits and creamy milk chocolate cover the palate, before peat smoke lingers.
