Black Larimar is a gemstone that can be found deep in the soil of the West Indies and Central America. Aside from its obvious beauty, Black Larimar is said to calm the mind and facilitate clear communication, both when speaking and listening.
A state of mind reminiscent of enjoying a glass of A.H.Riise Black Larimar in the company of good friends.

Black Larimar is the second bottling in the Black Gem Collection.
Every batch, every bottle is a true jewel, provided with a number to document the uniqueness and rarity. UH. Riise Black Larimar has an alcohol content of 45.2%vol. and is available in a limited number of 5,955 numbered bottles, an ideal collector's item.

Tasting Notes: This is how the A.H. Riise Black Larimar  - Black Gem Collection tastes like

  • Nose: refined, strong aromas, initially the scent of fresh orange peel, then honey sweetness and soft vanilla
  • Palate: full-bodied in taste, spicy orange peel paired with sparkling mint are present, then again the vanilla notes, in the Background, clearly perceptible, spicy oak
  • Finish: long in the finish - the fruity tones in balance with spicy oak and gentle tannins
