Independently bottled quality whiskies of appropriate age that combine high volume percentages with alow price: This is the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition in short form. 
100 Proof? That makes a uniform 57.1 percent by volume. The series will be demonstrating its advantageous properties at the beginning of 2025 with four new products.

It relies on first and second filled Oloroso Sherry Butts 100 Proof Edition #31. The Bunnahabhain 2016/2024 is a classic from the northwest of Islay, which, unlike most of its island neighbors, is not peaty. The distillery's two steam-heated raw stills are considered the largest in Scotland. The pear-shaped, round spirit stills produce an intensely spicy distillate.

• Nose: after a few minutes in the glass, the Bunnahabhain smells wonderful sweet sherry with raisins, roasted nuts and a very subtle smoky note
• Palate: again the sherry, the raisins and the nuts, plus now there is a harmonious oak note, a touch of salt, something Malt and sweet fruits
• Finish: medium-long and fruity in the finish - the nuts and malt fade into the background
