Tasting Notes: This is how the Redbreast 18 year old tastes like
- Nose: ripe berries, especially black currants and raspberries, with glazed cherries and dried figs - behind it hazelnut chocolate and caramelized stone fruit, roasted almonds with cinnamon - in the background polished oak wood and old leather
- Palate: round, Full body with pronounced tannins, followed by a pronounced sweetness of sun-ripened grapes and ripe autumn fruits, joined by freshly cut ginger and hints of licorice - above all notes of mature wine, dried fruits, dark berries and orange peel
- Finish: long-lasting and rich in the finish - spicy with tones of fruit and oak
