From heaven, not only does the Christ Child come from, but also two heavenly small-batch series. Using strong imagery, the Horsemen, the four horsemen of the apocalypse, and the Archangels, the archangel quartet, deliver their prophecy: cask-strong delight. 
For this, the bottlings rely on Signatory Vintage's almost biblical wooden treasure.
Stronger than ever, rides Horseman No. 4 is approaching the end of the series with the Bunnahabhain Staoisha 10 year old 2013/2024. Tom Thiel, whose illustrations are also immortalized on the covers of the famous melodic death metal band "Amon Amarth", equipped him for the end time. Distilled in the heavily smoky branch of the Islay icon Bunnahabhain, the small batch matured in just two first-fill casks: an Oloroso Sherry Cask and a Pinot Noir Butt. Dense, maritime smoke clouds cover the palate peppered with dark fruits.

After 10 years in a first fill exOloroso Sherry Cask and a first fill exPinot Noir Butt, the Horseman fills 1,341 bottles - exclusively for the German market.

Tasting Notes: This is how the Staoisha 10 year old 2013/2024 Horseman No. 4 tastes like

• Nose: clear smoke aromas like smoked meat over the campfire and a pleasant honey sweetness - in the background aromas of dark berries and plums
• Palate: very powerful on the tongue, but round and not pungent - the dark fruit notes of plums, cherries and berries are joined by old leather and polished oak, above all the spicy, heavy peat smoke and a hint of dark pepper
• Finish: long and intense in the powerful finish, pleasantly spicy, the dark fruits again - the peat smoke carries the finish
