The Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels series is dedicated to the people, that make Scotland's leading organic distillery what it is. These environmentally conscious connoisseurs share a passion for innovative and sustainable spirits. And: Each and every one of them is personally behind a whisky in the series, which expresses individual preferences with the help of Cask experiments or yeast tests.

For example : fruity, jammy notes with a hint of toasted spices.This is how Amy, Nc'nean's Head of Sustainability, likes her whiskey best. Ecological principles are an integral part of their philosophy. That's why your Nc'nean Quiet Rebels - Amy contains, in addition to the typical STR red wine and bourbon barrels, also whisky that matured in rare barrels pre-filled with organic Maury. This fortified wine from France is made in a similar way to port wine.

The single malt not only tastes delicious, but is also a perfect example of how there are more sustainable ways is to produce the things we enjoy. For example lemon cream, plum jam and muffins with brown butter in a climate-neutral single malt from the wild west coast of the Highlands.
