Inspired by the Celtic heritage of the Dingle Peninsula, the limited editions are based on the Wheel of the Year. The distillery celebrates the eight sections of this ancient solar calendar with matching bottlings. Whether single malt or pot still Irish whiskey: they all receive an individual finish that shows all facets of Dingle whiskey and develops when drinking at increased drinking strength.

With the eighth bottling of the series, the Cónocht An Fómhair, Dingle honors the festival of the same name on the autumn equinox. The golden single malt is a toast to the color and flavor shades of the season. Matured in bourbon barrels and refined in rum casks, Cónocht bringsAn Fómhair aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble and candied apples to enjoy. A hint of tropical fruits and sweet raisins gives way to notes of honey, coconut and hazelnuts, before the limited experience with wonderfully pronounced spiced fruits and warm caramel notes ends.
