Tasting Notes: This is what the Hebridean - Journey Series Limited Edition tastes like
- Nose: you can literally smell the sea and the sherry, dark fruits and a slight note of salt - above all soft peat smoke
- Palate: full of flavor - juicy dried fruits paired with peat smoke, too old leather and spicy oak - light notes of seaweed in the background
- Finish: long, warming finish - fruits and peat smoke are present
