Each year, only a handful of exceptional casks are selected for the Cask Stength Release.The distillates matured in Casks of exceptional American Oak.

The Writers Tears Cask Strength - Exclusive Release 2024 is not chill-filtered and bottled at cask strength without the addition of coloring agents.

A full-bodied, aromatic Irish Whiskey in cask strength with a production run of only 1,800 bottles.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Writers Tears Cask Strength - Exclusive Release 2024 tastes like

  • Nose: intense aromas of fresh ginger and ground pepper - over all butterscotch
  • Palate: soft and full in taste with notes of roasted oak and dark chocolate - followed by sweet vanilla
