With the Aultmore 2007 Exceptional Cask 100 Proof Edition #5 is a Single malt bottled, which was long considered an underdog due to the strong demand for blends. After 17 years in the Cask, it skilfully combines spicy and herbal notes with the nutty sweetness of the First Fill Oloroso Butts.
