With Kingsbarns Loch Leven,named after the largest lake in the Kingdom of Fife, comes a lush fresh bourbon variant of the Lowland Single Malt Whisky from Kingsbarns.

It has been shown in Single Cask bottlings that the exotic, fruity Kingsbarns distillate is very well received in the combination of Cask Strength and First-Fill Bourbon Matured and so Kingsbarns Loch Leven offers both - lush vanilla fresh bourbon creaminess, fruity notes from the distillate with a batch strength of 57.5%vol. Master Blender Isabella Wemyss has the best Barrels selected from the distillery's first vintages - Kingsbarns Loch Leven matured for at least 7 years in fresh Bourbon Barrels and was bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of coloring.

Tasting Notes: This is what Kingsbarns Loch Leven tastes like

• Nose: ripe tropical fruits are present - especially papaya and mango, followed by almond milk and hints of heather
• Palate: soft and full in taste with notes of vanilla, raspberry ripple ice cream, ripe bananas and green apples
• Finish: medium-long in the finish with hints of cracked ginger, fresh rhubarb cake with vanilla sauce and fine spicy notes
