The Chateau de Bonbonnet in France then undergoes several years of maturation in old Ferrand Casks and a final finish lasting several months in former Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks from Andalusia in Spain.

- Nose: rich Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, plus a slightly spicy tones, paired with the scent of fresh vanilla pods
- Palate: extremely soft and full in taste - delicate, complex notes of dark fruits and chocolate behind it roasted hazelnuts and vanilla again - above all a pleasant, light spiciness
- Finish: long in the soft, very harmonious finish - the ripe dark fruits are still present, plus nuts again and chocolate, before soft, spicy hints of tobacco leaves and leather emerge
