Nose: initially sweet with aromas of vanilla and soft toffee, behind it gooseberries, cooking apples and a hint of cinnamon on freshly baked apple pie
Palate: full-bodied and oily, sweet with a superficial fruitiness of oranges and nectarines, followed by freshly cut mint, then heather honey and a subtle ginger spiciness - above all peaty notes
Finish: long and rich on the finish with a pleasant sweetness and a long, spicy and smoky finish
