From the bergamot from a Unesco Protected area in Calabria, from melissa, lavender, yellow roses and gentian from northern Italy to Sicilian cedro lemon and chamomile, every single ingredient comes from Italy!
At the time, the Rosolio was considered the "drink of kings", which is now experiencing its rebirth in 2016 thanks to the modern reinterpretation by world-class bartender Guiseppe Gallo.

Bergamot and cedro peels are infused in cold water in the ancient, traditional process called sfumatura.
This releases the essential oils before they are mixed with other ingredients, which have already been macerated for several days.
The result is a fresh liqueur with bergamot as the main flavor.
