The LAGG Distillery is the second distillery on the Island of Arran and is part of the Arran Distillery.
LAGG produces a smoky Single Malt Whisky in contrast to Arran Whisky.
For the LAGG Corriecravie Edition, Whisky is selected that first matured in exBourbon Barrels and then for around 6 months in exOloroso Sherry Hogsheads from the Miguel Martin Bodega in Jerez, Spain.
The LAGG Corriecravie Edition is made from malted Barley of the Concerto variety is distilled.
The water used is obtained from the in-house well.
The LAGG Corriecravie Edition is bottled with an alcohol content of 55%vol., without chill filtration and without dyes.

- Nose: strong aromas of dark chocolate paired with an elegant spice and red berries
- Palate: rich and mouth-filling with notes of charred embers and roasted hazelnuts
- Finish: in the finish there are hints of burnt oak, clear smoke - then the hazelnuts and dark chocolate again - a sweet spiciness over everything
