Tasting Notes: This is how the Longrow Red 7 year old Pinot Noir Cask Matured tastes like

  • Nose: at the beginning fresh herbs, clearly tomato plants and heather, then ripe sour cherries and smoked ham
  • Palate: sweet and savory in taste, smoked ham again, with wine gums and raspberry jam - something Honey
  • Finish: the characteristic longrow note - salty sea air, pebble beaches, flint and algae
