Among the privileges that are Gordon & MacPhail has developed, the independent bottling of the wonderfully complex distillates is part of the Macallan Distillery - under the name of the distillery. 
The wonderfully complex single malt matured in Oak Cask No. 13603610, which was pre-filled with sherry. The single cask rarity developed a profile of forest fruits, hints of coffee beans and nuts, with ripe oak and raspberry on the finish.
