The GlenAllachie 11 year old Small Batch Edition #8 delivers full-bodied enjoyment with lush fruit notes from Oloroso Sherry Casks.
Distilled in 2012, the single malt whisky matured for over 11 years exclusively in casks pre-filled with Oloroso Sherry.

Tasting Notes: This is how the GlenAllachie 11 year old Small Batch Edition #8 Signatory tastes like

  • Nose: rich aromas of mocha and dark chocolate, followed by freshness Garden fruits, especially dark cherries and apples
  • Palate: dark chocolate, mocha again, then clearly prominent heather honey, fig jam and cocoa
  • Finish: long finish - the cocoa and chocolate are present for a long time, accompanied by a hint of dark, ripe cherries
