Good partnerships have been created to create a selection of exceptional botanicals (flowers, Plants and spices) from the region and elsewhere in the world. 
The new recipe for the de Lyon is based on 24 carefully selected plants, most of which distilled in an old copper still, which is heated directly with gas, and then subjected to a complex and gentle maceration. In between, the distillate rests for some time to achieve better aromatic development. 
The result is a classic pastis with slightly woody notes, an intense note of licorice and a nice, mild sweetness.
