In the Signatory 100 Proof Edition, it's no longer just high percentages that meet low prices. With the Exceptional Casks there are now also affordable bottlings that have matured for a long time. Three price-performance bottlings from first-filled Oloroso Sherry Butts will be launched in May 2024.
With the Aultmore 2007 there is a single malt that is due to the strong demand for blends, it was considered an underdog for a long time. After 17 years in the Cask, it skillfully combines spicy and herbal notes with the nutty sweetness of the sherry casks.

- Nose: wonderfully fruity with aromas of juicy dates and ripe berries, with cooked apples and creamy vanilla sauce - getting spicier in the background with traces of herbs and fennel
- Palate: dried fruits in abundance, spicy woody notes of cedar and oak, plus black currants and herbs again
- Finish: long finish fruity notes of dark berries, paired with anise
