Sanctum of the Deer swings the sword to preserve the epic, untouched landscape of the island Law. The taste profile of the islander, matured in the First Fill Oloroso Sherry Barrique, is correspondingly pure: White hyacinth and the scent of morning flowers merge with tangy lemon peel and a hint of fresh laundry.
