From Islay over the Highlands to Speyside: New editions of the Small Batch series lead across Scotland's most popular whisky regions. Designed exclusively for the German market, the series is based on casks that deliver unadulterated experiences with an increased drinking strength of 48.2%vol. and ensure full-bodied enjoyment - Lush fruit notes from Oloroso Sherry Casks included.

Redesigned in 2023, this is the Small Batch Edition #12. The powerful Caol Ila 10 year old 2013/2024 was distilled on Islay and enjoyed 10 years of maturation in casks pre-filled with Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Caol Ila 10 year old Small Batch Edition #12 Signatory tastes like

  • Nose: rich aromas of prunes and dates paired with strong peat smoke
  • Palate: strong notes of grilled BBQ meat, followed by the dark dried fruits again
  • Finish: Peat smoke, BBQ and dried fruits can be found in the long finish , with burnt caramel and spicy honey
