After refining in different sherry casks, three limited experiences will kick off the series in spring 2023. Amontillado Sherry begins its life as a Fino and goes through an additional maturation period, during which it acquires a stronger color and more robust properties developed. By finishing in casks in which this well-aged sherry was previously stored, The GlenAllachie 9 year old Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish gets a hint of dark cherries, roasted hazelnuts and Butterscotch.
