• Nose: wonderful aromas of mocha and dark chocolate, followed by fresh garden fruits, especially dark cherries and apples
• Palate: dark chocolate, mocha again, then clearly prominent heather honey, fig jam and cocoa
• Finish: long finish - the cocoa and chocolate are long present, accompanied by a hint of dark ripe cherries
