Portrait: What makes the Wolfie's special

Rod Stewart is touring Germany! In addition to the ears, there is also something for the palate on this occasion: Wolfie’s Whisky. The fruity, smoky blended Scotch is a tribute to the rock star and his life's work. With around 250 million records and singles sold, the singer with the unmistakably smoky, gentle voice is one of the most successful musicians in the world. Next to music, whisky is the son of Scottish immigrants' second passion. Since 2023 he has been passing on his good taste to fans and spirits lovers with Wolfie's. From spring 2024, the blended Scotch will also be available in Germany. The market launch will take place as part of the upcoming “One last time” tour with 12 dates in May, June and July.
 
With its blend of rock 'n' roll, Americana and Scottish heritage, Wolfie's brings a breath of fresh air to the whiskey market. Distilled on the banks of Loch Lomond in the distillery of the same name by a team of experts with decades of know-how, Wolfie's is a Scottish classic made from regional raw materials.
 
Inspired by Rod's favorite dessert the whiskey opens with aromas of warm apple pie. On the palate, sweet peat, pear syrup and vanilla finally give way to citrus peel and gentle oak spice. 
Whether pure or, for example, in the music legend's favorite drink, the Appletini , mixed: Wolfie's Blend is music in a glass.

Tasting Notes: This is how Wolfie's tastes like

• Nose: intense Aromas of warm apple pie with cinnamon, followed by vanilla and fresh cream
• Palate: mouth-filling and pleasantly soft with clear notes of sweet peat and pear syrup, followed by vanilla again and a slight hint of Cinnamon and spicy oak
• Finish: medium-long finish with hints of fresh citrus peel, plus the spicy oak again
