• Nose: warm pastries and crème brulée, with baked apple with cinnamon and spicy oak - over everything a light fruity sweetness
• Palate: crème brulée again and one light spice, fresh herbs, some mint - then intense notes of dark red fruits develop, especially plums, cherries and raspberries are present, plus dates and figs
• Finish: long in the finish - now nutty hints to the sweet-fruity notes - clearly the influence of the sherry casks
