Tasting Notes: This is what the Ben Nevis 8 year old 2nd-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt #275 Un-Chillfiltered Signatory tastes like

• Nose: clear caramel and juicy raisins, followed by aromas of ripe red berries and cherries
• Palate: sweet at the beginning, clear notes of pickled cherries, the red berries again - then getting spicier with hints of old leather
• Finish: long finish - the spicy notes now come to the fore, followed by slightly fruity tones
