In 1988, Andrew Symington founded Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company Ltd. Today, more than 10,000 hogsheads, butts, etc. are stored in the small town of Pitlochry. The exclusive bottlings from one of Scotland's most successful independent “bottlers” have become an integral part of whisky fans' shelves. Blended in limited numbers from just a few barrels, they come onto the market in series - like the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Range.

At ideal drinking strength at 46%vol., the whiskies in the popular series are not cold-filtered. The result: They retain their full aroma and enable more varied taste experiences. To prove this, the Dailuaine 10 year old Hogsheads is celebrating this. The Speyside Single Malt Scotch matured for 10 years in two Hogsheads and flows into the glasses of discerning connoisseurs with an appealing gold tone.
