The maturation takes place in former Oloroso sherry casks.

- Nose: clear aromas of apricots and peaches, followed by brown cane sugar and citrus peels
- Palate: mouth-filling and soft in taste - the fruits again, plus juicy dried fruits, especially raisins, dates and figs, paired with mild honey tones
