It has long been loved far beyond the city limits of Hamburg: the Franzbrötchen. How and when was the pastry made from buttery Danish dough filled with cinnamon and sugar invented? This isn't really clear even to the Hanseatic people.
On the other hand, it was crystal clear to the siblings and Nork founders Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer that the story of the Franzbrötchen must be continued. Now the North German spirit creators are putting a creamy monument to the delicious coffee pastry - with the first Franzbrötchen liqueur, Franzi.

Exactly what Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer had imagined. However, the path to Franzi was a little more difficult than expected. It took around four years from the first maceration attempts in Nork Korn to the final bottling.
In order to convey the Franzbrötchen taste in the best possible way, the inventors finally decided on a cream liqueur.
This means that Franzi has already lost her fat in the best possible way. And the 15% pioneer liqueur contains everything else that makes a good Franzbrötchen: cinnamon and a little caramelized sugar, butter and light vanilla flavors, a touch of lemon and a pinch of salt. strong>
Sounds good? It also looks good: From its own label, Franzi welcomes Franzbrötchen fans all over Germany and invites them to enjoy the legendary Danish pastry in liquid form - whether as a warmer in the northern German “bad weather”, for a coffee party or as a digestif.
