An intense nut aroma and clear, full-bodied flavors make the hazelnut spirit Lantenhammer a fine hazelnut distillate that is suitable for mixed drinks and as a pure enjoyment is suitable. 
Kerassunder hazelnuts from northeastern Turkey are used.
The nuts grow directly on the coast of the Black Sea. When ripened in the sun, the hazelnuts develop a wonderful aroma that presents itself in a complex manner.

The hazelnuts are gently rubbed and mixed with neutral alcohol; their intense aroma develops over a 20-day preparation period.
Then the double distillation takes place in the Rauh - and fine brandy in copper kettles with a volume of only 450 liters.
The hazelnut distillate is prepared with pure spring water from the Bannholzquelle and stored in stoneware for at least 12 months.

The perfect companion to cold and warm dishes, Desserts and sauces can also be refined or enjoyed with pies or coffee.
