The very limited edition pampers with fruity and spicy notes - bottled at cask strength.
The Springbank 10 Years Palo Cortado Cask Matured first matured for six years in refilled exBourbon Barrels and then for another four years in first-filled Palo Cortado-Sherry Hogsheads.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Springbank 10 year old Palo Cortado Cask Matured tastes like

  • Nose: Aromas of Parma violets, butter cream and ripe peaches, followed by traces of cola and grated ginger
  • Palate: Soft peat smoke and red velvet cake, with strawberries and powdered sugar
  • Finish: mouth-filling and long in the waxy finish with orange peel and the peat smoke again
