Tasting Notes: This is what the Springbank 10 year old Palo Cortado Cask Matured tastes like

• Nose: Aromas of Parma violets, butter cream and ripe peaches, followed by traces of cola and grated ginger
• Palate: Soft peat smoke and red velvet cake, with strawberries and powdered sugar
• Finish: mouth-filling and long in the waxy finish with orange peel and the peat smoke again
