The Williamson 12 year old 2011/2023 Sherry Cask #AM081 Asta Morris is a blended malt Scotch whiskey from the island of Islay. It was named after the former owner of its original distillery, Elizabeth Leitch “Bessie” Williamson, secretary of the last and childless descendant of the founding Johnston family.
 
Phenolic peat smoke and maritime notes, which are characteristic of their famous home distillery, are harmoniously combined with the bottling after 12 years in sherry casks >dark fruit notes, brown sugar and nutty hints.
