The Paul John Christmas Edition 2023 is an exquisite unpeated Single Malt Whisky, created on the tropical shores of Goa on the west coast of India.
First, the Paul John Christmas Edition 2023 matured in former Bourbon Casks, and the Single Malt Whisky received an additional finish in former Colheita Tawny Port Wine Casks

Tasting Notes: This is what the Paul John Christmas Edition 2023 tastes like

  • Nose: strong aromas of creamy vanilla pudding and some dark chocolate - light aromas of sweet dried fruits
  • Palate: sweet-fruity notes of juicy dried fruits and spicy oak, followed by mocha, caramel, vanilla and mild spicy tones
  • Finish: very long, fruity finish - dried figs, dates, raisins and plums are present - plus slight hints of exotic spices
