Billy Walker has made a dream come true: the industry legend has created The GlenAllachie 30 year old old from the vintage stocks of the GlenAllachie Distillery.  

Batch #3 is now available. 

The optimal interplay of distillery character and wood guarantees the marriage of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso- Sherry Hogsheads and Virgin American Oak Casks.

Bottled at cask strength with an alcohol content of 48.9%vol. - not chillfiltered and in natural color, the 30-year-old Single Malt Whisky offers sherry sophistication and GlenAllachie character in perhaps its purest form: dark and dried fruits, mocha and sweet spices merge with the typical notes of heather honey.
