This bottling is the final gem in a series of six black XO bottlings from A.H. Riise.

The Founders Reserve bottlings show the highly complex art of blending.

For everyone A large number of casks with old rum qualities are selected for bottling and the unique aromas and flavors of each individual cask are matched.

Each individual cask shows unique aromas and expressions.

The sixth batch has a circulation of 13,665 bottles worldwide, the batch data for the sixth edition is in light green letters.

The font color and alcohol content change for each of the six editions.

• Aroma: Ripe tropical fruits and fermented cherries paired with gentle aromas of tobacco leaves unfold on the palate fresh tropical fruit accompanied by plum compote and a hint of toasted almonds. The wonderfully soft and long-lasting finish is characterized by a balance between elegant sweetness and finely integrated acidity.

50ml Founders Reserve
15ml Velvet Falernum
5ml maple syrup
3 dashes Creole Bitters
Decoration : Shiso Leaves and Lime Zest

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass, add some ice.
Stir for 15-20 seconds and pour directly into a chilled lowball glass with ice.
Shiso leaf and lime zest for garnish add and serve.
