A premiere at Kilchoman is the Kilchoman Vintage 2016 Blanc de Blancs Cask #1111 #3/10 is distilled from barley matured exclusively from Farm Distillerie Kilchoman the single malt whisky first aged in ex-bourbon casks and then received a finish in a Blan de Blancs cask.
The Kilchoman Vintage 2016 Blanc de Blancs Cask #1111 #3 /10 is heavily peated at 50ppm. 

The visionary aspiration of the 100% Islay philosophy finds its expression in this unique single cask collection.  

Carried on by the centuries-old tradition of "farm distilling", the endless possibilities of local artisanal processes and outstanding cask management, the skilful variety is evident Kilchomans.  

Different cask types, vintages and levels of smoke in cask strength are presented.  

Each of the barrels is numbered for the release AN SAMHRADH 2023 by I-X, each bottle is individually numbered by hand and provided with a short Distiller's Tasting Note.

Kilchoman is proud to be Scotland's only distillery to produce a single malt made from their own grown and malted barley.  

The Uniquely Islay series gives Kilchoman the opportunity to experiment with and present unusual barrel types.
