The Celtic heritage is still felt on the Dingle Peninsula in south-west Ireland - thanks to the Dingle Distillery not only in the form of relics. The artisanal distilleryrevives the thousands of years of history of its homeland with a series of special bottlings.

The "Wheel of the Year"- The series is based on the Celtic wheel of the year. This solar calendar shows the time and seasons and is divided into eight sections. Dingle is releasing a limited single malt for each of them (and celebrating the traditional wren's day with a bonus whisky, too).

Following the single malts Samhain and Lá le Bríde for the Celtic New Year and With the beginning of spring, the Irish are starting the summer season with the Single Pot Still Whiskey Bealtaine.

Neither blend nor single malt, whiskeys in this Irish category are made in a single distillery, which distils a mashbill of malted and unmalted barley together in traditional copper stills .

The Bealtaine is dedicated to the celtic festival of the same name, which marks the beginning of summer. The bottling, limited to 5,000 bottles, is a tribute to long summer evenings and the Bealtaine fire festival.

After aging in First Fill Bourbon Casksand extensive finish in First Fill Shiraz Wine Casks< /strong>, it unfolds accordingly celebrated notes of dried fruit, nutty caramel and dark chocolate.
