Portrait: What makes the Plantation Gran Anejo Guatemala & Bélize.

A real premium blended rum made from selected rum qualities from Guatemala and Bélize.
The selected barrels from Guatemala first matured for three years, the barrels from Bélize for four to six years - each in their home countries in former bourbon barrels.
Then the barrels were married in France and then matured in small, used Ferrand barrels in France for about another year.

Tasting Notes: This is how the Plantation Gran Anejo Guatemala & Bélize tastes

  • Nose: a beautiful rum with a lush bouquet of fine, beautiful sherry notes in the foreground, which are joined by subtle caramel and spicy roasted aromas
  • Palate: full-bodied, well-structured, as well as aromatic and round - with warm notes of old port wine
  • Finish: the finish is more elegant Length with hints of vanilla, Virginia tobacco, liquorice and elegant oak
