Patridom is a compound word from the Spanish "patrimonio" and "dominicano", which means Dominican heritage.
Four standard bottlings are offered under the name Patridom, which are fermented, distilled and stored in the Dominican Republic. The rum is produced by the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery, which grows its own sugar cane and ensures that the rum is an exclusively Dominican product.
