Portrait: What makes Pusser's Coronation Reserve 2023 so special.

The coronation bottling of Pusser's Rum on the occasion of the coronation of Charles III on May 6th, 2023.

Rum qualities from Guyana and Trinidad were selected for this bottling.
The recipe is similar to the British Navy's last rum ration, which was served on July 31, 1970.
The day that went down in history as Black Dead Day.

Hooray for the new king with this rum.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Pusser's Coronation Reserve 2023 tastes like

  • Nose: fine, fruity notes of tropical fruits, plus spicy oak and some vanilla
  • Palate: full and round in the taste - the fruits again, plus soft caramel, exotic ones Spices and sweet dried fruit
  • Finish: long, fruity and spicy finish
