The Gin Mare Capri is based on a high-quality barley base and is a blend of distillates of the individual botanicals. Lemons from Capri and bergamot from the Sorrentine Peninsula are at the heart of this gin, giving it unmistakably fresh and smooth aromas. The citrus fruits are carefully peeled by hand and then macerated in aluminum tanks for 12 months. The remaining botanicals are individually distilled, carefully blended and then distilled together again.

In the small distillery in the Catalan fishing village of Vilanova, located between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada , the Gin Mare Capri is made in copper pot stills. Each distillation is done gently to preserve the aromas and quality of the gin.

The Gin Mare Capri Limited Edition presents itself as a fruity and fresh gin, the typical characteristic of Gin Mare. Inspired by the perfumes of the Italian island of Capri, it enchants with notes of lemon and bergamot. Originally only available as a 1 liter bottle, the Gin Mare Capri is now also available in a handy 0.7 liter bottle.
