Woodford Reserve Wheat is a unique whiskey based on historical recipes and influenced by the iconic core brand Woodford Reserve Bourbon . With wheat as the dominant grain - at 52%, followed by malt (20%), corn (20%) and rye (8%) - this handcrafted whiskey boasts fruity and floral aromas.

The color of this whiskey is dark amber and it comes from the USA, more specifically from the Kentucky region. It was bottled by the Woodford Reserve Distillery. This whiskey belongs to the "straight malt" category and has an alcohol content of 45.20% vol. It is a peat-free whiskey and the volume is 0.7 litres.

Tasting Notes: This is how the Woodford Reserve Wheat tastes

  • Aroma: When smelling, aromatically spiced notes of cinnamon and cedar as well as cooked fruits such as apple, pear and banana unfold. These mix with a delicate floral character, which is refined with light vanilla beans and brown sugar notes.
  • Flavour: Spicy apple sauce awakens the taste and toasted coconut notes bring a mint and cacao nibs blend to life.
  • Finish: The Woodford Reserve Wheat finish is dry and off subtle cocoa nibs and persistent apple peel.
