First, star anise is carefully distilled in the column still.
This is followed by a series of macerations of fresh figs, orange blossoms and sweet almonds from the area, together with various botanicals and spices , such as licorice and vanilla.

Hand-harvested plants from the Bay of St.-Tropez, including myrtle and thyme, are also added to the mix.
