Among the privileges that are Gordon & MacPhail owns the independent bottling of the beautifully complex distillates of Macallan Distillery - under the distillery's name. The Speymalt from Macallan Distillery 2001/2022 matured for around two decades in oak casks No. 5106, which were preloaded with sherry. The single cask rarity thus developed a profile of red berry compote, lush cherries and fresh ground black pepper.
